Been having an issue recently with using rampage. ill have full rage and no silence or pacification debuffs and still be unable to use the ability. its not lag or anything like that. Im just curious if anyone else was having this issue or if their are any fixs for it.

You’re probably doing the new greater assault. Some mobs there have a stacking debuff that increases the power cost of abilities. If it stacks high enough, the rage cost exceeds our maximum rage and it is impossible to cast rampage at all. It increases your damage and haste as well though so you should be still doing plenty of damage. Make sure you let it reset every couple of pulls if its a problem.

There are times where the stacks get high enough that Rampage costs 100 rage but you still can’t cast it even with max rage (100).
So annoying.

that’s a really stupid effect, it essentially takes away my skills.
It doesn’t have a super long cooldown, just watch your debuffs and let it slough off before your next pull.
Honestly I think my DPS goes up when my stacks get high enough to where I can’t use Rampage, because it increases your haste by alot, so it’s not that big of a deal. Can still use Bloodthirst, Whirlwind and Raging Blow at least so you’re not helpless.
If you never let enrage fall off, sure. It’s fun when someone tries to gank you like that, and your health just doesn’t go down from bloodthirst spam.

agreed but the game has already been dumbed down to like what maybe 4 buttons, even less with macros.
