Just did No Mushroom Forever World Quest to get some Lost Supplies for my achievement (How Did These Get here?) - I collected the lost supplies but did not get credit for my achievement .
I also did Brightblade’s Bones for the same reason - But the Lost Supplies did not even spawn for me and I have never collected them before. I looked up wowhead and youtube to confirm the exact spawn location and it was not there for me
