Problem with "Intersect With Target" dialog box pops up every time I log in

If it’s not related to the Tutorials setting in game (which you should be able to toggle off via the options) then it might be something along these lines

Interface Shortcuts tip always pops up

This isn’t a huge thing but its bothering me to no end, every time i bring up the appearences Tab in the collections the little tip pops up telling me the keyboard shotcuts for the tab. Now that’d be whatever if it happened once but it does that EVERY time i open it and it doesn’t go away unless i wiggle my mouse over it to shut it up. Simple solution would be to just not open it that much but I’m not that kind of person with enough self control, Im always opening it when im not doing anything. …
