When I go to cook or use inscription, the “create all” button only creates one item. When I physically type in the number and click “create,” it only creates one item.
This happens with recipes from any expansion, not just Dragonflight.
Making 47 inks by clicking one at a time does not appeal. I wanted to post here and see if anyone else is seeing this.
My button to craft all for Engineering is working fine. Maybe an addon interfering?
I had same problem. Turned off BlizzMove and that fixed it.
Oddly enough, it was FishingBuddy for me. It started working as soon as I turned it off.

I’m having the same problem with Inscription, Cooking and refining with Herbalism. The strange part is my alts don’t seem to have this problem with or without add-ons installed. The only difference I can think of is my alts haven’t gone to the Dragon Isle to learn the new Dragon Isle professions yet.
Disabling and re-enabling AdiBags fixed it for me, at least for this login.
I wanna say the update today fixed it. I ended up not changing anything and its working now.
Okay it was one of my Adibags plugins that was causing it for me.
worked for me today for cooking, blacksmithing.
My dragon riding abilities disappear on my alt >:( Not my main.
The water ski fish netting wq bugged on my main, not my alt…

Had this same problem with cooking df recipes. Will have to check to see what addons causing it.
Also the skills were missing from dragon riding on alt.
I haven’t had that problem, but I have had it start mass-creating a totally different item after crafting just one of the item I wanted.
I was having the same issue, however I don’t have the FishingBuddy addon others are referencing. I do use ElvUI in case that’s a possibility.
I’ve also noticed I frequently can’t convert rousing elenents into their full form (whatever they’re called this expansion).
Both issues are resolved with a /reload. But they do both occur very frequently.
For me it was the Tradeskill Master (TSM) addon interfering with it. Turned that off and now ‘Create All’ works fine. Hope that is helpful to others that come here looking for answers.
Is this really related to addons? I have experienced the same occurence today, attempted to create all on ‘Thrice-Spiced Mammoth Kabob’ for two items, it used all the ingredients but instead of 4x2 it was 1x2.
I would really hope that addons are not able to dictate the amount of items being crafted from resources… Seems like there is massive potential for people to start duping if there is someway that addons are impacting the amount of items being created per ingredient.

Yeah, I get it from time to time and when it happens I get a message about “this action was blocked”. Which means some addon is causing conflict. Oh I see someone already found it, thanks!

So I ran into this a lot during the EA and first week or so.
After “testing” I found that it is typically because it is trying to take mats from both your inventory and your reagent bank at the same time, when it does this after the first craft it calculates the amount left available in an odd manner.
Simplest solution, and I haven’t had this pop up ever again, is either
A) Have literally EVERYTHING for the craft in your inventory
or
B) Simply dump everything into your reagent bank before crafting
