For completeness: I am running WoW on a MacBook Pro with an M4 Max CPU and 64 MB RAM.
Last night I was running the game when suddenly I had my game crash. When I tried to restart it I saw that the game was attempting to load “new files” when it crashed with the code of BLZBNTBTS0000005C directing me to a page describing possible solutions. I tried to go through the steps none of which did any good until I got to “reinstalling the Battle.net App”. I got sent to a page where there was a “Download For Mac” link.
That did work! BUUUT when I quit WoW then tried to restart, I got that BLZBNTBTS0000005C error message again.
This time I went back to that page with the “Download For Mac” link again but saved that file this time.
So my problem is that when I quit WoW, I have to re-run that Battle.net installation program EACH TIME. Please fix this.
