Problem with Battle net app (iphone 6)

I tried to delete the application, to only connect on my personal data, or just the Wi-Fi and still I cannot use battle net at the moment, yesterday afternoon it was working just fine! And now it doesn’t anymore. When I tap on the application, we see the battle-net logo for 1 or 2 seconds, and then? Nothing! I just return on home screen… I don’t even get to log on the application! I just return on home screen. ;-;

The iPhone 6 is a bit old. Like 8 or so years. Apple may be still updating it, but other developers might not be. What version of the iOS are you running on that phone?

The Blizzard Battle.net Mobile App requires at least Android® 5.0 or iOS® 9.0.

This would be better posted in the Mobile Bug Report Forum where they deal with issues related to mobile phones and the apps.

I am having the same issue for a week. Cant login to bnet mobile app, it tries to connect and says Oops! Something went wrong. I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache and data, restarting phone, trying to login on different wifis, trying to login using mobile data. No luck with any of those. My phone is Samsung galaxy s9

Then you would need to post your issue in the Mobile Bug Report Forum.

I did nobody replies there. Buncha 0 reply threads reaching to last year. Not even blizz checks it

There is no proof that Blizzard hasn’t been checking the threads. The QA team is responsible for triaging and prioritizing issues and bug reports. It simply could be the iPhone 6 has some compatibility issues that won’t be resolved simply because of the age of the device.

The QA team rarely replies to bug reports unless they need more information about an issue.

What carrier is your phone on?

A bug report is to notify them. They are under no obligation to let you know they read it. It is a one way street and the only time they reply is if they need more information.

My carrier is At&t

Is the phone storage full?

32 gigs free in my phones storage

One last thing, is it an AT&T prepaid plan?

Yep its a prepaid plan

Prepaid services, even with major carriers, stop offering support or updates for phones well before they do on their non prepaid services.

Nope, the OP has a supported version of iOS on the device per the app details on the Apple App Store.

The issue might be that most (maybe all?) prepaid phone services cannot be used for two-factor authentication, and this might be affecting the login on the app.

True. I forgot about that.

The strange thing is, ive had this prepaid phone service for years, and bnet mobile app has worked for that long too on two different phones. Out of nowhere 2 weeks ago, bnet mobile app just doesnt work anymore, without me changing anything regarding my phone or provider

There was an issue with the authentication server a few times over the past couple weeks, and I think they may have changed something on their end. Perhaps this happened with that change. Unfortunately, as mentioned a few times already, no answers from devs happen in the troubleshooting forum. I recommend checking on your app report thread and maybe on Reddit to see if anyone knows what’s up.
