So I use @focus macros in healing and the macros work fine. But in certain dungeons the focus target drops constantly. Azure Vaults and DOTI are good examples, any time you get in a “vehicle” the @focus is lost.
I am aware of @mouseover macros but I would prefer to use @focus. Is there a workaround for this issue?
(please don’t suggest doing a bug report because Blizz stopped reading those years ago)
There’s not workaround for losing your focus, it’s going to happen in various situations. Alternatively, you could use @partyN targeting instead.
There might be some other alternatives if you can describe how you’re currently choosing how to set your focus etc.
The only issue with @partyN is having to change it to a different number every instance, which doesn’t really make sense
Currently I just set focus with right click … /focus [btn:2]
typically the tank. I don’t usually change it during a run.
