I think they need to be above level 10 to show up.

Still not gonna post with this character though. Not until trust levels and post counts are account wide…

If you have a character of level 10 or above that isn’t showing up, log out and back in.

(I haven’t actually tried this, mine isn’t showing up and I don’t care that much, but relogging usually fixes this sort of thing on the forums).
