Many of the Pet Masters needed to complete that sluggish achievement are now arriving at that event for your convenience. No needing to traverse far and wide across every expansion’s zones anymore. I was about 30% of the way through the achievement before this event, but now I’m closing in on 80% completion! Super convenient.

Also, from what I keep seeing, different servers and/or shards will have different NPCs available to battle. So check on different characters if needed, to find the one(s) you need.
