Prismatic Ore - Prospecting to wrong level

Hi,
When I prospect [Prismatic Ore], I should be getting level 2 (or 3 if inspired); yet I am getting level 1. Actually losing 10s of thousands of gold. My tickets have, as yet, been ignored.

Please fix and update.
