I received a 379 Epic ring named Prismatic Diamond Loop from the new primal invasion thing that just came out with the campfires and such. While killing one of the bosses everyone got an epic item. I disenchanted it and got some old world disenchant mats out of it. I received Eternal Crystal x2 and Sacred Shard x1 but it should have been giving current content disenchant mats not old ones.

Same for me today, got an Eternal Crystal from an epic 382 Prismatic Diamond Loop.
I have gotten a few different items from this event and they are all giving old expansion mats.
