I completed the quest chain, I got the achievement and the title, but no pet and no katy stampwhistle.
If they haven’t showed up in the mail by now then file a ticket.
Johnny Awesome has sent me the heirloom armor casing he was supposed to. The postmaster does not seem to be aware I have completed his tasks and is still offering them to me.

Katy pet is easy to get, Mailemental Pet not so easy doing the 30 pieces in 60 seconds achievement.
I did both the sort 30 and sort 30 with incomplete addresses and got neither. The postmaster does not seem to be aware I have completed either.
I got the follow up mail from Johnny Awesome but not the bulging package.
I guess it ends here for me. The response I got on the ticket I put in said they can’t be bothered helping me, that I should look on wowhead to figure it out myself.
I’m posting on wowhead that the achievement is either completely broken or has been stealth nerfed to remove the rewards.
Spending 10k gold to buy the Lost Mail might be a bad investment now.
