Hello. I want to quest in Azuna with my Nightborne, but I also want to be exalted with Prince Farondis. Will I have to unlock legion world quests again if it’s a new character?

I think you do have to unlock wq’s again. I don’t think wq’s have ever been account wide.
Yes, but it’s simple. All you do is talk to Khadgar. You don’t need to rep grind to friendly or anything.

When you reach level 45, talk to Khadgar in the Violet Citadel. He will give you the quest “Uniting the Isles”. Turn it right back in and you have world quests on the Broken Isles and a flight whistle.
If you’ve opened the Broken Shore before, it’s a couple of quick quests you will get starting with Khadgar at Krasus’s Landing.
If you want to do all world quests on Argus, you will have to do the quest chain again.

Yes, however, they streamlined the process so it will be simple to do. Getting the rep up should be fairly simple as well. Be sure to plan on getting the DMF buff to help.
Of course if you need rep and you’re not in a hurry you can wait until next month for the Legion timewalking buff.
