No, because you got about the same damage with both moves with 1 less GCD and you still Rod everything to unleash a Tempest later.

Yeah it sucks at the moment.
Reverting Pwave back for elemental would be amazing.
Heck even a talent choice for how the spell functions would be fine, if thereās some psychopaths out there who enjoy its new iteration ā But for the majority of elemental players, we much prefer how it was before

Currently Primordial Wave is kind of awesome as enhance, and turbo gross as elemental. This is really gross.
We get you donāt want elem sham to be a multi dot class, but itās ridiculous that weāre still limited by flame shock, heck at this point Iād say lmt should be a replacement to Flame Shock that is just a cleaving flame shock talent that on a cooldown pressing it makes your next lava burst cleaveā¦ This design is awful.
