Yeah, this feels really disappointing. This has been in the shop forever, has been a twitch drop previously, and previously, prime drops had been things like tabards.
Another TCG tabard would have been infinitely better than this. Most unfortunate.

Because some people where not here or unable to get it first time around. Do you really feel that much entitlement towards pixels that no one else can get them?

This was not only up on the store for who knows how many times, but it was a Twitch drop 12 months ago and is already back yet again as a Prime reward.
It makes 0 sense to recycle things without putting out all-new things first, unless they’re sending us the message that they’re done with new rewards for these promos.

Twitch drops are garbage. The app is full of women selling their bodies to underage watchers. I’ll take a recycled twitch drop any day
Please give us brand new rewards every once in a while. There are some of us that have had every single reward from Twitch and Prime promotions.
While it’s disappointing for those of us who have it, I’m sure it’s exciting for someone who didn’t get it the last opportunity.

Marketing through Amazon and Twitch isn’t a flaw in the game.
For some reason I read “Swift Windsteed Mount” as Winged Boots and got really excited.
Same here. Unless I really like the streamer, but it’s rare.
I must admit, it has been kinda amusing to watch so many people complaining about this free mount being recycled reward. There are a lot of us (mostly mount collectors who have been playing for a long time) who have had just about all of these mounts so far and the masses were intent on mocking us, telling us that they can’t wait to see our tears and such, even though we mostly just sat quietly on the sidelines as it all unfolded lol
Now here we are, the tables have turned and everyone is complaining about the reward being something they already have…

There are no “masses,” just a loud minority. I don’t think most people care who has what nowadays.
There’s also a major reason why new rewards aren’t in Twitch and Prime: because it’s third party companies and they want all new things available within the scope of their own company and game.
The forum “masses”, in the context of the discussion, it’s pretty clear that it means the majority of the forum peeps. Do we really need to nitpick at such a granular level?

… I wasn’t trying to nitpick at all? I was just saying it’s a loud minority, because people around here like to cause silly problems when there really aren’t any problems. It wasn’t a comment to argue with you, just to add on to how even more crazy the whole thing is, since most probably don’t actually care.
