Are Prime rewards a one-time thing?
Or can you claim the reward each time it’s offered, like the Twitch giveaways?
Once per account, at least for one specific reward. Each time there’s a giveaway through Prime Gaming, you can claim whatever it is.

Yeah, I’m subbed to Prime anyway for the streaming service and shopping, so it’s all pretty much “free” for me anyway when these rewards come around.

The prime rewards seem to be strictly discontinued items. It provides a path for people to acquire these things who may not have been around at the time they were offered.
It’s really not a bad plan.
