Primal Tidal Core procs Q

Primal Tidal Core procs a riptide every 4 casts. Does anyone know if these can proc Deeply Rooted Elements or Farseer’s Routine Communication for an extra ancestor?

This is the first thing that comes up when googling this question so it’s unfortunate there’s no answer.

WoWhead’s guide just says:

We’re unsure how some of the effects such as [Routine Communication] work. For example, Riptide’s from Primal Tide Core and Primordial Wave don’t proc effects such as Deeply Rooted Elements in Dragonflight, so I’d assume Riptide’s from those effects also likely wouldn’t proc [Routine Communication], but there’s no way to know just yet.

which suggests it’s probably no, but it would be nice to know for sure since it would impact talent selections.
