I was asking in /2. I found out [Primal Strike] is a level 1 to 10 spell. It is supposed to be removed after level 10.
Another example of this is Ret Paladin getting a shield skill at low level. It is required for basic survival, but should have been removed and replaced by another spell.
They just never wrote the code to remove this basic spell. Should read in another spell “…replaces [Primal Strike]…”
It is just a gap in leveling.
No one took the time to go over it because Mistweaver Monk is all the rage and all available resources are being focused on the tuning of that class.
This is like [Deadly Iron Trap] not working, so the Level 3 Barn is broken.
This is like the last Exalted Rep Kirin Tor Red Jewel Crafting Recipe has no stats.
No one plays Resto Shaman, so there is no focus on fixing it.
It is below, not being a priority. No one is doing this. No one cares. It is a nuisance. It does not make money. Everyone want to be a Panda, roll, and heal. That spell is with any caster Shaman. Its in the Elemental Shaman SB as well. Its obvious a low level 1 to 10 spell until you pick your path.
I don’t know that there’s anything to add.
Gets replaced by Stormstrike if you spec Enh. Shouldn’t be on your bars otherwise.

You should be using lightning bolt as a damaging spell, even if they are on your face. You get more out of that than you do primal strike and you are an absolute brainlet if you use that after level 10.
