Does anyone know how you get this? Hovering over “Recipe Unlearned” just says: “Discovery: Primal Extraction - Glimmers of Insight.” I can’t find any information anywhere that clarifies what any of that means. I have Primal Extraction maxed out under the “Insight of the Blue” specialization and that gave me nothing.
The use says: Perform and elemental invocation, transforming into the elemental summoned for 10 min. (1 Hr Cooldown). I have searched for everything I can think of and I’ve found nothing. Has anyone learned this recipe yet?
no, you get Glimmers of Insight from illusory goods. It’s just a cosmetic to turn you into an elemental. I can’t say exactly from experience, because who in their right mind would spec into Illusory goods right now? (I suspect that will be the last spec for every enchanter)
I have illusory goods maxed out on an alt (for fun) and there’s absolutely nothing under that category that gives me glimmers of insight and still no explanation on how to get them.
The first week the primal storms were active, I got a “Glimmer of X” as a drop from each storm type. It was a “disenchant for 3 enchanting knowledge” item. Since then, I have not seen any.
No idea if these are the same “Glimmers” as that recipe refers to, but I haven’t seen anything else remotely close.
So far it’s unsolved. Speccing into Primal Extraction allows you to get elemental glimmers from primal storms. There’s a fifth glimmer that has been datamined, Glimmer of Order, but so far there’s no known source. The current theory is you need to find all 5 glimmers to learn the primal invocation, but with order missing there’s no way to know for sure.
FYI, the secrets discord has solved the Glimmer of Order and the extract. There are now 1,000s on the AH so that we can find the toy.
DE the BoP Pet with points into primal extraction. The more points and enchanting skill the higher the drop rate of the glimmer and extract with 100 skill + 40/40 into primal extraction getting you 100% drop rate on the glimmer for the first DE and then 100% when you DE the second pet.
Can you please elaborate which pet and how to DE? I have 40/40 Primal Extraction but havent discovered Primal Invocation Extract yet. I bought 1 from AH, used it turn to Primal Invocation. Found Echo of Depths BOP pet in primal storm but it won’t let me DE.
