Quick question - I have the deluxe digital version of BFA but don’t have the mount. So what did I do wrong that I don’t have the mount lol?

I think that’s the one you get for winning or playing a certain amount of matches in HotS. But I think that offer is long over.

Ah, thank you. Though I wonder if it’s over since it’s still showing as available as part of the deluxe digital upgrade for $20 bucks (or just an error).
yup, was for winning or playing X amount of games in HotS with someone on your friends list. that promo is done with long ago.

Yup. I was confused because I was talking to a friend about what the upgrade was and it was showing on the screen.
You get the mount for hero’s of the storm, not WoW the only things for WoW are the alliance/horde mount and turtle pet

It WAS a promo a while back but I don’t think it’s active anymore.
right, but you can ride mounts in HotS, so its a HotS mount you get from the digital deluxe, like you would get Diablo 3 items with WoW CE and DD. its the same flamesaber mount, but only to ride in HotS.

That’s the HotS mount IN HotS, not in WoW.

I haven’t played HotS in so long I forgot that was literally INSIDE the game.
OP, that’s what they mean, you get this mount, but ONLY in HotS.
The WoW version is over long ago.

Open HoTS and collect your mount!
If you’re looking for the WoW one, that was tied to a promotion that ended a few years ago.
(It worked for me because I love Heroes and play all the time!)
