I’ve run 3 keys today, just 2’s, we timed all of them, I loot the chest and it says I received 2 of them each time for a total of 6, but they never show up anywhere in my bags or mail. I checked the bank as well, they just aren’t there. Not sure what to do here as there doesn’t appear to be any mechanism in place for me to get these back and its impeding my ability to grind primal chaos for crafted gear.
