A tier dps
A tier burst
The tradeoff here is that they’re squishy and are supposed to be weak in melee range, but lets start with a common situation.
As a melee you charge to a priest as they’re throwing dots on your helpless teammates. You get feared, but you have your trusty trinket in hand. You then get the stun and the priest begins moving back into their team. You chase them down and start clapping their cheeks, but they use dispersion and healed to full.
You’re now completely in the enemy backlines as you’re relentless in your pursuit and once again the priest is at 20%. The priest uses Greater Fade and his team is starting to overpower you, but you pop your CDs to live and get the kill! Suddenly you’re feared again as the enemy healer arrives and heals the dude to full hp. Suddenly you’re stunned as the priest casts his stun.
YOU POP THE BIG MAMBA, 5 minute cooldown as you go all in, your team arrives and the healer is ready to heal you to full. What’s that? You’re dead? You were at 35% Hp though? Turns out the S priest threw a Void Bolt at you and hit his execute, both crit, and you took 12k damage in less than a second.
You’re now dead because the Priest had so much utility, mobility, tankiness, and dps. You couldn’t bring him down despite using every single last one of your cooldowns and had your team backing you.
END SCENARIO
Point being, Priest has wayyy too much. Let us stun them in Dispersion and slow them. Let Greater Fade be dispellable. Cut their damage by 10%. Have their stun replace their fear, don’t let them have both or at least make it have diminishing returns. Nerf Mindgames for christ’s sake or rework it entirely. Legit any 1 of these changes will bring Priest in line
