Priests do not have anyone on the Blizzard team who champions the class. This has been apparent since the aptly named PWGFY post in Dragonflight beta and has escalated more with 10.2 PTR updates. This needs to change. Any reasonable player would find the following intolerable and object:
Power Infusion being nerfed
Mass Dispel being nerfed
Angel’s Mercy nerfed
Angelic Bulwark existing
No Silence in class tree
Leap of Faith and Time Spiral anti-synergy
Body and Soul and Angelic Feathers co-exsiting
Mind Games taking up 4 talent points
Shining Force removed
If you’re unwilling to play the class to find how abyssmal the Priest experience is to any other class in the game, you should be willing to listen to the community who has a unique perspective on the matter.
Priest is their whipping boy. The devs want to draw people in to priest, get them hooked, and then take away everything good. And then they want to give all of the good stuff and more to Holy Paladins so they have the full package. And then they want to have a good, hearty and evil, diabolical laugh at all of the priest enthusiasts.
