Edit: Keep in mind some of my parses are skewed because a lot of these idiots run with 13 healers for absolutely no reason. I am looking for a guild that actually does assignments, cares about speed and efficiency, listens and takes feedback from their members if needed, and just takes raiding seriously

Why SFS?

Songflower is a Fairbanks mainstay, we were formed pre-launch and have maintained on the podium for speed, at the TOP for DPS, and kept the majority of our roster since launch. Player burnout and “IRL prio” is real and all too common so we have some openings to fill those raid slots.

Guild Goals

SFS had server 3rd AQ40 full-clear (3rd BWL, 2nd MC) and our raid 2 is also ready for a week 1 full-clear of AQ40. The upcoming weeks our priorities are sharpening our strategies in order to pump DPS parses with Darkmoon Faire buff, minimize player deaths, and speed up the raids. As a guild we respect everyone’s time and want to perform at the 99th percentile.
A secondary priority in the guild’s Raid 1 is implementing raid splits with geared alts to funnel BiS gear to main raiders. This brings the main raid’s power level up twice as fast with twice the gear opportunities. Splits happen on non-DMF weeks only (AKA 1-2 times per month, depending on our schedule)

Requirements

Consumables, world buffs, and effort into BiS gear are required for raiding. Deep knowledge of your class, the ability to perform under pressure, learn & implement strategies, research & understand encounters prior to raid, give and receive constructive criticism, and bring a positive, calm attitude is paramount to our future successes.

Loot System

Loot Council. Loot priority is mostly done before zoning into raid. Wish lists and discussion between Raiders, Class Leaders, and other Loot Council members will be considered. Loot priority will be determined by reliability/raid attendance, raid performance, consumable use, effort into BiS and other gear, overall guild contributions, attitude, etc. PM me for more details.

Shadow Council is a late evening raiding guild on the Atiesh PvE server. We’re looking to solidify our roster for all content in Classic WoW. We offer a non-traditional raiding time for those that want it! We’re very much interested in people that would like a progression focused raiding guild.

We are a smallish guild; looking for quality not quantity. Core team is extremely talented and has a decade of WoW Classic experience including all raid content. We’re looking for friendly dedicated individuals that want to finish end game content and have a good time while doing so!

Requirements
-Be 18 or older and in control of their own schedule.
-Have a stable internet connection.
-Be knowledgeable of your role in raids and be willing to take criticism and advice.
-Attend preferably all raids.
-Provide your own raid materials for raids.
-Have sufficient understanding of all raid encounters.
