I’m able to reproduce it.
I noticed this on my alt priest with the ranks I’m able to have at my current level (72) so not sure how it works with different ranks than this, but I’ll provide the example with my observed ranks specifically.
- Using dual spec, be a spec that does not talent improved inner fire, and use inner fire rank 8
- Switch specs to one that does have improved inner fire talented.
- Use inner fire rank 7
From the character stat-sheet the armor does add and stack to the amount present, so the buff is working and not a visual bug.
This isn’t SUPER game breaking, but still somewhat of an exploit. I wish there was a better way to report bugs than a public forum, but I can’t find the report function.
