Sad to not even see an ounce of communication on either CS Twitter, or Forums relating to the obvious and glaring issues that is plaguing the game right now.
A simple, “Greetings all, we acknowledge the issues at hand, and are working towards getting every one to the Isles as quickly as possible. Stand by for further details as they emerge” - Blue Tag. Would be an ideal breather for the community.
This just screams unapologetic, and careless to paying customers. It’s not asking much for the communications team to… I don’t know? Communicate?
Moreover, a simple binary code that takes subject A to Destination B should not take an hour to fix. Legion launch was fine, Wrath Classic (similar starting experience) was fine and able to get their crap together by the arrival of the second boat.
