There are loads of other servers that do not have queues…
I got to 55.
Starting over seems daunting and a waste of time.
That’s literally everyone on Skyfury. I rolled within the first ten seconds of launch. Server became unplayable and me and everyone I know abandoned their new level 70s with professions maxed out ready for Wrath because we are tired of dealing with this. We rolled up on Angerforge and it seems to be the case with a lot of others, too. It really blows but what can ya do?
I’m actually more concerned about the lower queue today. I have some stuff to do for 3 hours after work and would like to queue right now so I can leave and return in time and not get disconnected before I do.
I just checked and it was at 7k, over 2 hour wait. It’s only 4pm PST. It will reach 9-11k again like it does every night.
spending 3 to 4 hours a day in a queue seems like a much bigger waste of time.

I was 10k in queue the other night and had to wait 4 hours. Less than two hour queue is a drop in the bucket.
There are other servers with no queue though you know?
Don’t think of it as abandoning your 55, just as a backup character to play until queues are no longer an issue.
My queue is bigger than your queue! If you don’t have to wait all day to play are you even playing?
Unsub. GG no re. I hate blizzard. I have 2 months left of play time and I will attempt to use it but its unlikely I will return. I hate blizzard because they just aren’t good and don’t care.
Sorry but I’d take a 4 hours queue anyday over a dead server in the longterm because of opened up transfers.
That only ensures a server goes full one faction

Yep Angerforge will be dead for sure.
I made a character on Skyfury in the beginning before there was ever even a queue. I also don’t follow streamers or watch Twitch, so didn’t realize it was a streamer server until almost a week after being on the realm I saw people talking a lot about the big streamers on the server. If I had known, I wouldn’t have went to Skyfury quite honestly. But I wanted to play on the fresh PvP server, and it was the only option.
Within a few days or so there was about a 15 minute queue. Not fun, but I shrugged it off. Within another day or two it was an hour. Even at that I was ok with it. Now the queue is three to four hours every night. I was logging in way early just to get in queue and trying to not get logged out once I did finally get in. The last few days I haven’t even bothered. I made another character on Maladeth. I figure I will play there until queue’s on Skyfury gets more under control.
I expect them to get better a month or two after Wrath launch.
