I can’t seem to find a clear answer on this topic. Are the Legion prestige-based artifact appearances still obtainable in Shadowlands? There wasn’t any notice or communication that they would be removed once prestige levels went away. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
No. There’s nothing suggesting that’ll be the case. It’s highly likely the remixed MT will award the T20 mythic recolors.
Edit: If you’re discussing PvP prestige skins - yes, you can still get them. They’ve been readjusted for honor levels.

Blizzard doesn’t put out much of any information you will have to go to 3rd party sites like Wowhead.
From what they’ve data mined so far no, you cannot get the appearances for your Artifacts. Only the new tier 20 sets. As it should be.

I might have Interpreted it a bit different, but I assumed he was talking about the appearances from the old PvP Prestige system they had in Legion, but I could be wrong.
If he is, then I believe you can still obtain them if you reach a certain honor level (could be wrong about this as well).

Here we go again with people parading “T20 tier sets for mage tower” , all because a Wowhead post where they were entirely clear it was pure speculation saw the sets in the same build as MT tuning, and their justification was a Tweet that was discussing Mythic+.
Nobody except Blizzard knows what, if anything, a reworked MT will award. Quit repeating speculation as fact.

No one in here said it was an absolute. The word usage was “highly likely,” “Blizzard doesn’t put out much information,” and “from what they’ve datamined so far.”

“Highly likely” is misleading at best, and completely false at worst. “From what they’ve datamined so far” - yeah they find a recolor of a tier set in the same build as MT tuning, then linked a Tweet discussing mythic+ as a “could this be??”. Bellular probably wrote that article with as clickbaity as it is. It’s about as credible as their M+ dungeon affix tier article for this week where they yelp about Grievous.

if thats the case then holy crap what a utter disappointment of an award for MT. either give us the original rewards or something new. not a t20 recolor like wtf
PvP appearances are still.available, yes.
The final appearance is super high up in Honor levels tho.

I already have the Mage Tower skin so I would just get nothing ? T20 recolor is a better reward.
