Pressing "Play" on the battle.net launcher doesn't open the game

Hiya,

Having an issue here. I haven’t played in months but wanted to get back into it. I recently moved to the UK from the US, could that be a part of why my game won’t open?

I click “Play” and it gives a spinning icon like it is trying to open but then it just does nothing. I can forever keep clicking Play and nothing happens.

Please help! :frowning:

Same thing happened to me, when i rebooted the PC Play turned into Install and locate the game crashes the Battle net app.

I click “Play” and it temporarily grays out, says the words launching, but then nothing happens.

I tried uninstalling WoW, removing all the folders, uninstalling Bnet, and then reinstalling and nothing worked.

I made sure to restart my laptop in between every attempt. I just don’t understand it because my other games will start instantly if I click “Play” on the bnet launcher (Diablo 3, Hearthstone).
