It mostly seems to be a problem after zoning into instanced content. Not so much in open world. Every time I zone into a raid or instance I always have to reload my UI. Otherwise none of the charging spells work correctly.
This has happened several times recently while I’m trying to heal M+ where I’ve had to go into panic mode when everyone is taking massive damage.

This is why you don’t play press and hold… Even if it worked correctly I don’t understand how it feels anything but clunky to people.
