The talent that lowers Time Dilation’s cooldown by 2 seconds every time you cast an essence ability works with Echo and Emerald Blossom with and without Essence Burst.
Disintegrate does not lower the cooldown, with and without Essence Burst. Disintegrate does work with the Chronowarden talent that extends Threads of Fate per essence spender however.
Please fix!
