but no matter which part of life it affects, this entire influencer / internet VIP thing is just so unimportant to me that I started to skip just about everything where these folks appear.
In my opinion, there is just nothing to gain for me as a normal person and if I want to watch commercials I can turn on the TV.
Games should be for the players, not the streamers just sayin.
Absolutely! She’s also the most objective and never resorts to gas lighting the community even when she disagrees; you won’t ever have her paint the community with a broad brush, calling them “entitled, emotional psychopaths” (a well known content creator released a video yesterday making this “argument” against the backlash).
I don’t know what’s been more fun this past week, Plunderstorm, or watching the WoW forums have a meltdown over it.
That outta way hopefully they give us an incentive to watch this like tendies or something, cause if none of the streamers I normally watch aren’t doing it then I’m not really interested.
I don’t watch Race to World First or the MDI … and I raid and do keys.
I abhor Blunderstorm and think it’s the latest and biggest mistake in a long list of mistakes by the WoW Team so no way in the 7th circle of Hades would I be interested in a Blunderstorm invitational with hand picked sycophantic streamers lol.
Jesus Christ, I have never been more bored watching a PvP stream. “Hey wanna watch a bunch of streamers jump around in the HUB for 5 minutes while we ask a bunch of nonsense questions through a dollar store mic?”
To the streamers credit they are trying to make this look and sound more exciting than it actually is “I’m running to hog, I’m running to hog, nice I got the hog” “get that plunder, nice you leveled!” and then it’s 45 seconds of them running across a field.
