it was to fix the potential of waiting 50 seconds before the pull due to tier to guarantee you’d have all 4 targets for ebon might on pull as enabled by the new tier set. Even so it doesn’t feel like an elegant solution.

Yeah, per the above post it will be very much an issue when the technical best pre pull timer needs 50+ seconds. 15-17 is already annoying enough.
This is a nice change, not sure why anyone would complain lol. It will also allow you to pool pres going into a specific phases of encounters.
I like the 2 charge pres and non pre-cast pres change. It’s a nice Qol change. The spec feels like it flows better. Also not needing to pre-cast pres at 15s+ pull timers also makes it easier to introduce the spec to newcomers.
