Indeed, hence I’m asking for it to be a basic feature in the game instead of everyone having to download an addon for this, because they will.
Macros and keybinds are not add-ons, and people can do this right now without downloading anything.
They don’t need to change the core functionality of the spell for something that would take you 30 seconds to do.

Addon is to update the macro automatically so you don’t have to manually type their names.
I personally can see the OPs point, we need to remember accessibility, a great Augmentation will excel tracking players cds, and Prescience the right players, but for lower skill players having it in raid hit the two last players automatically doesn’t really effect higher skilled players, just a QoL for those who prefer it.
Higher skill players regardless will play tracking cds and all.
M+ nothing changes we only have two other dps but in raid it would help those who aren’t at that skill level.

The QOL would be prescience not going on other augmentation evokers.
