I understand why they did what they did to TA now.
But also it’s very fun to play with. I’m using TA less with it, but it feels like i’m burning more mana than before. Though i’ve only done keys with it this week so maybe it’s just never dropping combat because spiteful.
TA costs like 100% more mana than it has any right to. I still run it with nozdormu’s teachings, but energy loop feels mandatory to keep mana stable
Sometimes in heroic progression and M+ it just feels impossible to get a couple globals in for disintegrate. This will probably improve with time and i’ll feel better about taking it.
But a lot of the time i was taking it i just wasn’t using it, or i was using it and costing myself essence or essence burst that i would have needed to heal somebody.
I never oom in M+. I am only doing like 15-16 keys, though. I also use Nozdormu’s teachings and Energy Loop, but I don’t cast Disintegrate a bunch. Just when able (which isn’t too much). I try to get 2 of my 3 empowered abilities on CD before I use my TA, though. Maybe I am casting it less often than you? In raid and BGs I oom when using it.
