It is currently pre patch time (before patch time)…
What exactly is it that you want to do in prepatch that you think is going to fill up over a month of playtime.
I play wow for endgame. Prepatch is literally the exact opposite, only worse, because you know you cant get to endgame
Maybe some people like to level alts and want to try out the leveling system and the squish. Alts and leveling are part of the game whether you enjoy it or not, many do, including me.

Dude, you can literally level to your heart’s content anytime. It’s either going to be slower or faster. Why do you need a month, and inconvenience everyone else for such a small difference

You personally not wanting it doesn’t “inconvenience” everyone else.
The leveling changes are relatively big. Also, the Prepatch is kind of the perfect time to level alts, bonus events, class changes, a whole “new” leveling system, and then you have time to get the alts to current max so yo ucan enjoy the fresh content on new characters once it’s out.

I wan’t prepatch for the new leveling, and the squish. But also so I can get that new alt catchup gear that’s coming with the prepatch. Its better than normal Nyalotha, and it sure as hell is better than doing M+ on 1 character all day to fill up are your gear slots. All you have to do in the prepatch to get this catchup gear for any gear slots is do the new quest, do daily quest in Icecrown, and kill the elites that spawn in Icecrown which you can do as much as you want.
Another reason is so I can play around with the new baseline abilities classes are getting.

I’m with Cam… I am waiting (testing beta actually) so that I can catch up / gear the class I plan to play in the expansion without going through the BS of leveling a cloak / neck.
Historically, they have given us 6 weeks before the expansion for pre-patch… they are cutting it a bit close.
I’ve been on the PTR and the pre-patch is fine.

umm have you tried any of the events… it’s total garbage and full of bugs
