Are there gonna be catch up Gears in Prepatch events?

ilevel 100 off northrend rares. They are super spread out though and people pretty fast at killing them so you will need to sit on them if you want it.

ilvl 100 is pretty lame… considering we lost so much power with the squish and loss of corruption…
I think (not sure) That ilevel 100 is heroic level raid gear.
AFAIK ilvl 100 is closer to Normal level gear.
Since the event only lasts about two weeks, I don’t know how much catching up you could do in that timeframe anyway.

Ah, wasn’t sure. Been leveling alts not had time to log into my other guys to see what things squished to.

Like i said, considering the squish made us lose power, it’d be nice to get better gear to counter that. It really wouldn’t kill blizzard to do that considering we would only have 2 weeks to “use it” before it’s useless again anyway.
Blizzard haven’t addressed the many broken issues like H and M IEs, and unsoloable raids that were previously soloable before their squish. Chuck us a bone here blizz, anything xD

Would beat the purpose of a squish in a sense. The higher Ilevel we end with the higher Ilevel they need to start us with. And the quicker we need a new squish.

not really, i’d just like the be the same power level i was before the squish. That really isn’t asking for much considering Ion gave us his word that we would be.
My fault really for believing Ion and it turning out to be a blatant lie yet again. Fool me once shame on you type thing. 
Did I miss something where he said we was going to get mythic ilevel gear from the event or something?

The gear will only be good for about 2 weeks then youll replace it with shadowland greens. No reason you need heroic gear when you didn’t raid for a whole 2 weeks of nothing. Be thankful its normal ilvl gear and not LFR ilvl.

Do people not bother reading posts when replying? I said for that EXACT reason, it’s only 2 weeks so it won’t exactly kill them, then maybe we can do the things we were doing for 2 weeks before SL drops that we could before prepatch and can’t now or have much more difficulty now, AGAIN contrary to what Ion said would happen.
You are the same power level prior to the squish. Enemies got squished too so you do the same % damage to their health as you did before. The corruptions being removed is seperated from what he was talking about. But I see the confusion. He should have been more clear.
oh… great the 15th aniversary it’s cool, Chromi raid is perfect pvp event is very nice, and cinematic aniversary yeah… login ost in the caverns of Time, very epic.
Now the 16th no Chromi raid event is like…
There will also be ilvl 100 badge gear, unless that has changed, or unless I’m just wrong about that.

Now days they only do big things on the 5 years. Next good anniversary will be on the 20th.
