The other issue I’ve noticed is that before the hotfix, the Recruit gear was dropping after nearly evey memory, but now I’m lucky to get 2 or 3 pieces by the time I hit 70.

This is what I’m seeing. Chasing xmog is no longer fun. It is quite annoying. Pushed to level allied races from 10-70 just to delete them for chances of getting drops.
