To satiate your culinary hunger, you may prepare some delicious meals in the Westfall region. Please obtain following the ingredients:

  • Flesh from Meatless Vultures
  • Eyes from Blind Murlocs
  • Snouts and Livers from nose-jobbed, alcoholic Goretusks

After 7 hours of obtaining these ingredients, your stress levels will allow you to use your forehead to simmer up one Westfall Stew and a Goretusk Liver Pie!

Actually, I was impressed how fast I got them this time. I got them all just doing the other quests and killing the beasts when they got near me. The murlocs took maybe 10 kills. I remember it taking much longer back when.
