Prepare for even less tanks and healers in Shadowlands

At the very least blizz needs to rethink how tanks and healers work if so many people just will not play them.

For tanks, I think it’s mostly a social problem. Tanking isn’t especially difficult to do well. Tanking does require you to lead the run though, and know the routes, and generally have a lot of responsibility while DPS players can kind of just chill out and kill stuff.
