If there existed a WoW premium subscription that added bonus features for a few more dollars would you sign up? Perhaps you got free shipping from the gear store or access to the entire digital library of Warcraft books.
Any other features that could be added to WoW premium? I don’t really think it should include in game rewards.

My World of Warcraft game access price should not be on tiers for Blizzard Entertainment merchandise.
The 6 month sub gives perks. That’s all there should be.
Google Everquest Perks, they literally just added them there… and people are not happy.
Would I pay more…it’s hard to say.
But I do think there should be cheaper options that have access restrictions…

No I wouldn’t pay for more. I would stop subscribing if they decided to do this because there are a lot of other games with the normal subscription price or free that can be played. And if something like you (OP) describe is added to the game, who says the price won’t go up and up as the company decides to add more and more things to the list.
This is the 2nd topic I’ve seen about raising the subscription price and I find that sort of weird.

I’m questioning if I want to pay for the game in its current form at all. Why would I pay more?
Nope… I am all for them removing the subscription and instead making the game supported by store sales. BUT I am sure they would blunder it up some how… If you want to see a game that did it right, check out Guild Wars 2.
that only works if only 1 person gets the premium sub. we haven’t unlocked teleportation or cloning in this version of RealitySimulation.exe on the Server “Earth” yet.
so that can’t be a realistic expectation. 
but a Premium Subscription “could” offer the things mentioned like access to a digital version of the books, like Auditable.
it could offer access to a monthly behind the scenes type video sort of like how some movies have special features “making of X asset”
so, maybe a short interview could be done for how a zone was made. another for a character rigging. stuff that usually ends up as a panel in a Blizcon.
this would prob require hiring more people to focus on just that though, so at minimum the extra sub part would need to cover that to be worth it. and businesses generally need things to be showing a noticeable profit for it to be worth it and not a minor increase.
