Premades using something to kick players offline

If Blizzard intended for everyone in AV to have Raid Assist, they would all have raid assist. The leader is not obligated to give Raid Assist to anyone in the battleground… but your excuses are hilarious. Keep um coming…

Because he owes them nothing. The system game him raid leader, obviously to do with what he chose. How about if he, as raid leader, told the people in the premade to afk out - would it be griefing the raid leader to refuse?

How is giving everyone raid assist “rewarding them further”? You are being obstructionist by preventing players from marking tanks & focus firing targets. That’s called being a net detriment to the team you are part of. Utterly bizarre logic and unsavoury attitude.

Look at it from his point of view. If he is solo queue’ing, a significant portion of his games are ruined before the gates even open because of premade dodging. You cannot blame the guy for having a chip on his shoulder.

That being said, I dont think anyone is arguing that its a great attitude, but certainly not against the rules…nor worthy of automated systems abuse.

if they removed AFK reporting from BGs due to people getting kicked for not following the strat, then they might disable right-click report in battlegrounds if people get kicked for not being a member of the premade

100% yes he is.
Every match everyone requests to give assist to all. And 100% he’s being a selfish, confrontational and uncooperative by not doing it to.

No it isn’t and nowhere does it say the raid leader in a battleground needs to give anyone raid assist.

However, abusing the report system is a clear violation and I hope everyone doing it gets a 14 day banned… that will be hilarious!

There are now multiple threads about this very subject: pugs getting kicked (and even DC’d) from games largely dominated by Ally premades.

Perhaps a few devs should seriously look into this because it seems like there is some obvious hack/exploit being used which is essentially breaking the game.

Whatever dude. Lol you want to defend his grieving that’s fine. He’ll continue to be reported and people will solve the problem themselves.
You can stay here soapboxing about “he doesn’t need to” while the rest of us are enjoying the game.

Keeping enjoying it while you can lol…

Revolt against the premades!

More like this:

Kid is about to hop on the swingset but 30 kids who all decided they own the swingset at Spike’s house tell the kid to leave. Kid doesn’t leave so they tell the school that the kid is saying curse words and get him removed.

Garbage strats for garbage players.

You don’t know the first thing about being griefed.

This is why nobody wants to play alliance.

Very dissapointed in the first response i got regarding this, pretty much a copy paste saying here, we unsilenced your account but we wish to no longer talk about this, ticket closed, recently got another response to the same ticket… saying.

Hey there,

Thanks for taking the time to write in about this as I know you’re simply trying to enjoy some AV matches. Things like this can be super frustrating for sure.

This is a first time that I’ve heard of this happening and apologize that it happened to you. While I don’t have a direct answer on why this happened or the cause, I will be passing this up to our quality assurance team so they can look into this further and ensure it isn’t an ongoing problem.

Thanks again for letting us know about this. Have an awesome rest of your night.

much more respectable regardless, even if they don’t do anything, it’s not copied and pasted.

Sounds like the kid should be less of a jerk and be a healthy socialized person while on the playground.

You wouldn’t understand lol

You literally cannot be kicked out of a BG.

You can give assist and keep lead.

Why are you excusing bad behavior?

Yeah screw group etiquette. If a tank should ever ask for lead so he can mark, ignore him for a minute or two and then say no. If someone asks you to help by clicking on a summoning portal, just say no. If someone asks you to set a trap by the entrance to Drek, tell them no. If the tank asks you to focus skull first (unless the OP is in the group because, you know, NO MARK) just refuse to do it.

You’re not breaking any rules after all, and how dare they try to bully you? JUST PLAY YOUR GAME THE WAY YOU WANT!

The op was pretty for not giving assists out, however the premade was breaking ToS for abusing an exploit to get what they wanted when another player refused.

If this was a raid instance and you mass reported the raid leader when the boss was at 5% to get the chance for your 20ish friends to gain control of the raid and ninja loot for you and yours then it’s also an exploit.

Personally I think when these instances are found it should be a 2 week suspension for 1st offence. And a full ban for second offence. That would keep people from doing it because it’s very easy to identify when reviewed by a person.

to me a premade is like a ninja. if you had a known ninja or scammer in your group, “etiquette” is pretty much thrown out the window. everyone trashes scammer and ninjas, why not trash and give a hard time to the scammers / exploiters and honor ninjas called premades? its the same thing. scammers / ninjas / premades care only about themselves and make it harder for everyone else. both are toxic and the worst elements of wow classic.

now im not against premades, if its like how it was with no cross realm. it was much harder to make a premade in vanilla simply because you had to form a raid on your own server. with cross realm and discord, things that did not exist in vanilla. in essence, the effect premades had when they were all server only was far less of an impact than what we have now.
