Premades, Should not be in Randoms

rated has rating, rated has expectations. randoms dont have consequences for losing. randoms are capped at 5 players, randoms are for everyone

or are you advocating for players above 1800 rated exp to be segregated into their own random bg queues?

people aren’t losing because of gear anymore like in SL
players who trinket saps are still going to lose against solo queueing glads
and a group of samanthas queueing together isn’t causing any uncoordinated pug to lose :stuck_out_tongue:

I am not for any form of Segregation/Separation. Lets get that straight.
Nor are players in a group evil. Big sheesh on that one.

But yes! I am for efficient matchmaking which is sure to have equal healers/teammates and Premades vs Premades.
Something can be worked out that will benefit everyone, something.

This has been an issue for the masses and it is up to Blizzard to make some adjustments around it. To deny this is just being blindfolded at this point.
Protect the Lumber!

i just dont see how this can work though  i know i sound narcistic but if we take the example of jimmy and samantha, how does the queueing system go about pairing us fairly? my 3 man of 1 healer + 2 dps isn’t equal at all to samanatha’s 1 healer + 2 dps

i dont know how they fix it, but going against friends playing an amazing and fun game mode that frankly blows any other mmo pvp game out of the water isn’t the solution

I’ve seen a couple of pretty definite full or near full premades in smaller BGs. For the most part I don’t pay attention since it doesn’t change my fundamental strategy aside from maybe how I juke but anytime I’m getting smacked I go more defensive. One was a streamer and the whole team was the same class (feral), another was a multiboxer back when they were still a thing.

Where did Mr. Kangmurloc say this?
Both sides have some out to lunch opinions on this subject, that has been made clear.

multiboxing is definitely vile

i remember in bfa i got starsurged by 5 multiboxing boomies at the same time

i couldn’t even be mad because of how hilarious it was

There were 13/15 in AB in the example I was giving, all boomies. I’d seen smaller groups before but never more. We had the big team fight and won, they gave up. I felt bad for the 2 random people who were matched with them, I looked at the stats after the match and I don’t think they even left their base.

13 boomkin? THIRTEEN BOOMKIN?

They’d focus fire a player out of existence. EDIT: We had 3 healers, it was a race to kill/cc enough that their focus target could be healed through.

Bottom line is that if Blizz added a solo queue option, it would be massively popular and premades would cry/stop queuing because they can’t get easy wins any more

I’m sure some would and others would enjoy a more competitive environment. We’d probably lose some players like we lost some twinks, I know most don’t care but grains of sand make the beach. Now that gearing is being somewhat normalized I’m hopeful most of the premade advantage will be minimized and we can focus on other matters like healer balance, tanks in BGs, or do you like my mog threads in GD.
EDIT: Never been happy with my mog on Raist, please do not “rate his mog”.

Oof painful to read.

Solo queue was a great addition, for rated. i hope they do it for rbgs as well.

Splitting the queue won’t benefit anyone, it means longer queues for all.

Hard to take someone seriously when they make assumptions with no thought of knowledge lmao

I have macros for this.

Even if it were 5 DPS the problem still stands. I know when I am being focused by a team. Tell five DPS to focus one target and that target is dead. The problem is the coordination vs lack thereof. Your examples of gearing characters are irrelevant. I tell my undergeared rogue on my team to CC certain characters and they still are better than a fully geared solo rogue because they are part of my team and we protect each other.

I am not against group content, I’m for organized group vs organized group content. I think 2-3 people is reasonable in randoms but no more than that. Still gives an advantage but you aren’t being zerged to death instantly like can happen against a 4-5 man group.

don’t get upset that you have no friends to play with, “premades” is fine in randoms.

In some cases even a premade won’t help players with win rates. :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

it is very common in epics , in normal bgs not so much so idk what op is on about .

weyll unranked isnt for you then … randoms will never be organized :dracthyr_crylaugh: :dracthyr_cry_animated: :dracthyr_crylaugh:

Only if you promise to not bring your Laser Tag pro friends in a friendly 5v5 instead of turning up on the day and seeing what you get.

If only we could facetime to put this South Park bed to rest I would be sooooo happy <3
