It’s possible to face a group if you solo, there may be a group on your side or the pool of available players was small enough that the queue decided to put you all in together.
But as I have said, if you queue with at least 2 people in a group, you are more likely to see groups in the other team.
Because it’s more like 30 people. A lot of use also want smaller bg’s fixed as well. But epics would be a good start.
Happens a lot more than you think. Groups should face groups of similar size.
yes of course. A 2 man group with 8 pugs against a 5 man group and 5 pugs is going to typically go just about as you expect.
Not always. Sometimes the 5 man group is dreadful and the 8 pugs are good.
Sometimes that happens but more often than not the 8 pugs get stomped and end in a just about gy camp or a full on camp.
I should know, I’ve been part of multiple premades that end up with a GY stomp against pugs. Its boring

Our premades consistently have 8-10 people per epic battleground. It’s rare to get more than that. Can’t speak for others.

in unrated Qd content, you should face whoever is at the top of the Q. A group that joins together in unrated content should not have to wait longer for another group to hopefully Q.

Also, premades have been around since Vanilla. Do you know how long has that been? Blizz don’t care about people who cry about it all day. It’s a MMORPG after all

Yes we all know that. We are talking about the people that exploit to get large orginized groups into content that blizzard doesn’t want them in.
Blizzard has openly said they don’t like sync exploiters, and they have broken multiples addons, they also made the group size limit to 5-man for a reason.

I don’t do any legacy PvP content anymore. Not when I have a vastly superior system to enjoy now.

Or at least, I don’t care outside of a general sense of fairness. And my sense of fairness tells me there is nothing stopping anyone from joining a premade if they want to.
I don’t Duo in RBGB either, and I am fine with it. Healers deserve a perk. Nothing stopping you from rolling heals if you want to always be able to duo.

How do you even know that the bots and boosts are not sanctioned by the basement department?
The game tries to do that, somewhat.
But the queue has a search function and the longer a player is in the queue, the more lenient it is about matching.
You’re not going to get an option to elect to never see groups.
Your best option is Blitz.
