Premades in rated bgs?

Why are you trying to imply that I don’t know what or means when you simply aren’t fully reading something you yourself posted? You always do this when you get proven wrong.

They legally can, they aren’t going to, but they can…“Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you”

Come on just read it.

If you are gonna quote the sentence, quote the whole paragraph and don’t take it out of context.

“1. Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement. In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account.”

“Common knowledge” meaning crap you just made up.

Prove it with video or photo evidence or stop posting.

Bg syncing software has been a known thing for over a decade.

In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account.

You see the use of ‘or’ here? Do you notice the stark lack of the use of ‘and’?

Blizzard may (but are not required to) inform you of account actions before they action you, that includes terminating the agreement, modifying or deleting your account.

At no point does it state that they will do all these things together or separately, just that they have the option to do them.

There is no “bg syncing software”. There’s addons that tell who is queued and how many but the process is all done via countdown.

It works in unrated PvP because BGs are faction locked.

Rated BGs and BGB aren’t.

Yes, it’s clearly saying if you break the rules, they have the right to get rid of your account or perma ban you.

There is no point trying to argue with them, they are trying to get this thread derailed so it becomes a non productive conversation and gets shut down.

This is a common trend on the forums here. They get their mates to help them harass and derail topics they want closed, they then either report people who they troll hard enough to get cranky or derail it enough until a mod has a reason to close it.

No, it says for any reason. Not just if you break the rules.

Hirav is the one trying to do that because he’s a sync queue abusers lol

It also says they can ban you and terminate your account with out cause…They are never going to do that, but they can.

Where? Quote it.

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you…

Now quote the rest.

I’m not sure what you want…it explains it in there quite clearly.

They want to be right, when they aren’t.

The irony lol but that’s usual from you.

Blizzard reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason, or for no reason, with or without notice to you.

For any reason, or no reason.

For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most Account suspensions and terminations are the result of violations of this Agreement.

They are explaining that most account actions are due to violations of the agreement, most, not all.

In case of minor violations of these rules, Blizzard may provide you with a prior warning and/or suspend your use of the Account due to your non-compliance prior to terminating the Agreement or modifying or deleting an Account.

When minor violations occur, they have the right to provide you prior warning of account action.

But the last sentence doesn’t prevent them from closing your account for no reason.

They have that right given to them by the first sentence.
