When is preloading open?

I am not buying the pack. Curious when it lets us preload the game.
The client download has been available since the stress test. I don’t think it’s restricted to people who bought the expansion.

It’s not because I played the stress test and now it’s definitely grayed out saying not available to download yet
How odd. I have it pre-installed and the launcher actually updated the client automatically yesterday.

That’s because you probably still have Beta installed. You have to uninstall Beta and install Live. It’s available for Preload now.
I just assumed with regular sub you had to wait until the 4th as that is what my launcher says. I don’t see anything that says you can install now on the forums, the site, the launcher etc other than people who participated in early events.
