nah, they’re gonna pull some victim-complex bullcrap about her soul being split by arthas with frostmourne, and gonna be all ‘she only did bad things cause bad things happened to her!’ nonsense.
or like, ‘it was’nt her, it was the half of her ripped out by frostmourne, like blue-uther!’. i’m bettin it’s gonna be one of those two.
I’m still holding out that the real antagonist will be reveled and Lady Moonberry will be unmasked as Chromie in a moth suit and the tyranny of quests that turn us into a moths will finally be over.
Basing that on…? Sounds like a plan. We don’t know though, no one knows. It’s unknown.
I think the SL has done a great job of being mysterious and unpredictable. But Sylvanas is very unlikely to get redeemed. 95% chance she’s going to die, 1% chance of redemption. 4% we start a dance off contest with her.
This is being painted as her finale and endgame in every way. Even if she survived or did one decent act in the last moment her character still has no future anymore on Azeroth. All bridges have been burned.
If you make the brush strokes broad enough everything is easy to predict; this reads like you’re just another person mad about Sylvanas. Which is fine, you’re entitled to your opinion- but lets not pretend.
Keep Anduin “evil” and making him the new leader for the Forsaken and then Warchief would be a delicious twist. Then everything would get undone in next expact with him getting saved because the Horde losing warchiefs is a predictable thing.
I’m hoping Sylvanas gets redeemed and THEN Tyrande straight murders her and chucks her redeemed soul into one of those bottomless pits in Torghast. Alliance has been needing to do something straight evil again for awhile, and this would be one of the few evil things that they could do that would make sense and have the Alliance playerbase (and the Horde playerbase, tbh) cheering.
