I want to play my high level characters but I don’t like BfA content and BGs are a joke… What do?
play ffxiv shadowbringers and enjoy a real MMO.

Play high level characters in old content. Do you have all the class hall mounts? How about all the balance of power artifact appearances. A plethora of things to do.
Aside from that…just quit? Not sure what else to say.

Whenever I got tired of an expansion, I frequently went back to old content to either fill in gaps (quests, crafting, transmog gear, etc) or worked on alts.
Right now I’m only really doing emissary quests for rep when I log in, and whatever world quests in Nazjatar that drop pearls or benthic gear for my alts.
What about Guild Wars 2? That game doesn’t require a sub (hell, you could play it for free, if you’re patient!)

You can laugh as much as you want but ffxiv currently does everything better than wow.
Name one thing wow does better than FFXIV outside of raiding.

I frequently level warriors from 1-40 and delete them. I do it purely by dungeon spamming as wartank. That’s how I use my sub, and I benefit dps by queuing for the much-needed tank specs in these low lvl dungeon runs.
There is no wrong way to use your sub. Hell you could fish all day in loch modan if that’s how you want to enjoy your sub.
There is no right or wrong way to play an MMO.
Guess I can stop playing retail for now… I’m on a 6 month sub though so I guess it’s a good thing I wanna play classic. And no, this isn’t a retail sucks thread thread… I’m just saying.

literally nothing. FFXIV literally beats wow in every singe aspect other than maybe M+
The fact you can’t list anything or any reasons means you don’t have any…
Achievement hunting.
Work towards WoD and/or Legion pathfinding
Xmog and mount farming.
I’d suggest twinking but blizz killed it atm.

It’s not opinion. It’s fact. mechanically the game’s don’t compare. I play wow over FFXIV because I like the people I raid with and they don’t play ffxiv… but I know ffxiv is far superior as an MMO currently because of it’s mechanics, structure and features…
No it’s not.
And not everyone likes said mechanics. So again… opinion is not fact.
Also, achievements, titles, pets, mounts… there is so much to do in this game, I never understand people who cannot find anything to do.

If you compare a ford focus to a tesla and say one is mechanically better than the other… regardless of personal preference, one will be better than the other…
You can’t seem to separate YOUR opinion from the facts.
Two entirely different types of vehicles that people have entirely different opinions of.
