Crafting ilvls are still operating under the old ilvl values. For example: If my tailor makes a piece of armor with relic of the past III; that piece will have a player level requirement of 32 with a whopping ilvl of 39. At level 31 the heirloom ilvl is 85. These values aren’t even remotely competitive with heirlooms, quest or dungeon loot.
