Far as I know they’ve said pretty outright that every character on your account will be in the warband.

Blizzard struggles to do anything yearly. Always have.
Their eyes are always too big, it always takes too long.
Maybe with a more cohesive 6 year plan they can do better, but they’ve always had 2 expansions in development, so even that’s nothing new.
Whatever they’re planning today for parts 2 and 3 will change based on reactions from the player base, by how much they ship before, etc.

If they actually accomplish yearly releases, I’ll eat my hat.
Remember, all Metzen said was they wanted to be faster than two full years per expansion.
After the debacle that was WoD, I sincerely doubt they’re going to try for yearly expansions again unless they really think they’ve got their ducks in a row this time.

I’m curious if the limit is per account or per bnet account since we can have multiple wow accounts under the same bnet.
Ah, that’s a fair question.
If I were a betting man I’d say account, but the interactions between different accounts on a single bnet are weird so honestly Blizzard might not even know until it ships lol

There isn’t one.
I have a feeling that my poor Druid will be sitting there all alone on the new character select screen.
It is a really interesting feature, and we won’t have to go to the realm selection screen anymore to change characters that are on separate realms.

They said before 2030 they want this three part saga wrapped up. They also said they want to get this content out quicker than we’re used to. We’re already used to two years.
So if we math out from the quotes we have (a few years, quicker than we’re used to, saga complete before 2030), it could be anywhere from a year to 18 months, but not really sure until we find out for ourselves.
